- Applicant should be a beneficiary of the pension/financial aid under department of social security, Government of Punjab.

- Submit in office of Estate Officer, Punjab waqf Board

- Photocopy of PLA number/Govt. pension copy
- Passport size photo
- Photocopy of Passbook
